What is SOulFully Textured?

SOulFully Textured is New England’s first annual natural hair and beauty experience, hosted in the City of Boston, and is a place for brands to meet multiculturalism. The event features panel discussions from a variety of industries on topics designed to empower people to live their best lives, product demonstrations and education, with an array of specially curated vendors for attendees to shop and artsy fun to explore.  SOulFully Textured is a family-friendly event, created for those that embrace their textured natural hair and is designed to promote natural hair care and beauty products, fashion and lifestyle brands, small business and entrepreneurship, financial planning and healthy living.

New England is home to 1.2 million females of color, but rarely hosts a large scale natural hair and beauty event.  The natural hair community in the Greater Boston and New England area have been waiting for natural hair brands and top influencers in the natural hair care and beauty industry to come to an event in this market. Beauty Bar Sponsor - 2 Opportunities: $2,500

This bright corner space with a wooden high top table and chairs is perfect for two Beauty Brands which will share the table.  The space will attract attendees and is ideal for product sampling, makeovers, hair styling and more.  Mirrors and vanity lights are not included.  Opportunity Includes:

Swag Bag Sponsor

Swag bags create a phenomenal buzz and including your branded item is a low cost way to attract new customers. Depending on your selection below, your item may be included in the Event Tote Bag that will be given to the first 400 attendees and volunteers.  Your item should compel the attendee to want to utilize your business, buy your products or visit your store. You are required to provide merchandise that is worth no less than $5 per item, except for the VIP bags which require a value of no less than $10.  We will allocate each bag with a variety of items to make it fun for the attendees and to promote your brand in accordance with your selection. We accept a full range of items from hair products, accessories, soaps, etc. Items that are not acceptable are business cards, magnets, stickers, buttons, post cards, flyers.

District Hall is equipped with high speed internet access for all of our guests. Please note electrical needs and whether you will need the included table and chairs on the application.  Once your application is approved, you will be emailed a contract and invoice.  Your sponsorship will not be activated until your payment is received.  Payment is due within 10 business days of approval of your application.  All payments are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. Please review the Event Rules and Regulations before submitting an application.
